I think this is a memorial to someone my father served with in Holland and was a close friend of in the war, during the raid at Walcheren. After 70 years and at the age of 91 he has only just started talking about it. He says Grayburn went off in a tiny amphibious craft towards Flushing with a sergeant and hit a mine. If this is the right person, my father says that he visited his widow after the war, who had a 1 year old son, possibly never seen by his father. He was deeply affected by this death
